Bybit and Franck Muller luxury watches partner in co-branding venture

Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has announced that it will be collaborating with the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller.

To promote the complementary nature of Bybit’s technology and Franck Muller’s timelessly artisanal approach, the two companies have joined forces to launch joint campaigns, as per the information shared with Finbold on June 9.

Customers of both Bybit and Franck Muller will benefit from the introduction of a co-branded card that will be issued by the two firms. Customers will have the ability to pay for purchases made on the Franck Muller website using the card, and they will also get access to special discounts when the card is used at partner merchants.

An original game developed by Franck Muller will also be released, providing watch and video game fans with an exciting new way to interact with the brand. Bybit will assist in the development of a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFT) showcasing iconic figures and weaponry from the game, and the exchange will also provide weekly rewards for players who score the highest.

Bybit’s excitement for the collaboration

Ben Zhou, the co-founder, and CEO of Bybit, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with Franck Muller, highlighting the brand’s shared commitment to meticulous craftsmanship and timeless design.

“Through this partnership, we aim to create an unforgettable experience for our users, combining cutting-edge technology with the sophistication of Franck Muller’s luxury watches. We’re confident that the co-branded card and the exclusive game will be highly sought after by our customers and watch enthusiasts alike. We believe this partnership is a great way for us to further expand our reach and show our appreciation for our user base of 15 million people worldwide.”

Managing Director of Franck Muller, Erol Baliyan, said:

“This unprecedented collaboration opens up a world of possibilities, fusing the beauty of traditional craftsmanship with the limitless potential of the blockchain era.”

The intersection between the crypto and luxury watch industries has garnered significant attention in recent years, and this latest collaboration looks to be the next step as the space continues to evolve.
